The company began to develop hydraulic coupling products in 1993. In 1995, it successfully developed a hydraulic coupling with a prestressed structure and obtained a national patent certificate. It was identified by the expert meeting as "this achievement fills the gap in the supporting hydraulic coupling of high-strength shafting in China, and its main technical indicators have reached the international advanced level". In 2011, the second generation of detachable hydraulic coupling with large torque-to-weight ratio was successfully developed and obtained a national patent, the product is a big step forward on the basis of the technology of the prestressed structure of the outer jacket, which doubles the transmission torque under the same size, has superior performance, is more convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced. It was awarded by Jiangsu Science and Technology Department as a high-tech product of Jiangsu Province. In order to ensure product performance, our company has designed and manufactured 6 sets of test benches, including 4 sets of hydraulic coupling torque test benches, 1 set of toothed hydraulic coupling test benches and 1 set of hydraulic bolt shearing and stretching test benches. The maximum torque of the coupling torque test bench can reach 10000kNm, and the products tested are of high quality. In addition, the company can process all kinds of tooling products, including cutterhead, plug gauge, nozzle, etc. Marine shafting processing has also been affirmed by users.

In 2008, the company was named "famous brand products" and "high-quality products" in the province ". In 2011, it passed the review of China Classification Society and was recognized by CCS. At the same time, it was also recognized by GL, BV, ABS, DNV, NK, LR, RINA, IRS and other foreign classification society factories. The company currently holds 47 patents.

The company designs and manufactures various types of hydraulic couplings, hydraulic bolts, hydraulic nuts and other supporting products according to enterprise standards such as "hydraulic couplings", "hydraulic safety couplings" and "hydraulic bolts. In 2013, the CB/T4226 the People's Republic of China ship industry standard-"Marine Hydraulic Couplings" was jointly compiled with China Ship Comprehensive Technology and Economic Research Institute.
