Products

The same conical surface is made of the outer surface of inner surface and outer sleeve. High pressure oil is used to expand outer sleeve, which will move on the inner sleeve. When moved to designed position, remove high pressure oil. The outer sleeve will be close on inner sleeve, and the inner sleeve will be close on shaft. Torque is transferred by friction force between outer sleeve and inner sleeve, and between inner sleeve and shaft.

AYL hydraulic safety coupling

AYL hydraulic safety coupling is a coupling with limited torque. It is composed of a double-layer sleeve. After high-pressure oil is injected into the middle oil cavity, the outer layer expands and squeezes the hub, and the inner layer tightens the shaft. It can transmit torque proportional to oil pressure. When the torque exceeds the predetermined value, the coupling slips on the shaft, the shear tube is sheared by the shear ring, and the oil pressure is unloaded within a few thousandths of a second. At this time, the coupling sleeve is restored under the action of metal elasticity. Prototype, the coupling and the shaft slide relative to each other (idling) to ensure safety. After the shear tube is replaced, it can continue to operate and resume work in a very short time.

Hydraulic bolt

The hydraulic bolt consists of stud bolt with outer conical surface, bolt sleeve with inner conical surface, and two screw caps. After the hydraulic bolt along with bolt sleeve is threaded through bolt hole, use hydraulic jack and bolt pulling device to install bolt sleeve and apply bolt pre-tightening force. Then, tighten screw caps. For loosening, also use hydraulic bolt pulling device to pull the bolt, and fill high pressure oil in bolt conical surface oil groove.

Remove high pressure oil and tighten hydraulic nut. To remove propeller, just loosen hydraulic nut and fill high pressure oil between propeller and propeller shaft; the propeller will slide down from the propeller shaft.
