The same conical surface is made of the outer surface of inner surface and outer sleeve. High pressure oil is used to expand outer sleeve, which will move on the inner sleeve. When moved to designed position, remove high pressure oil. The outer sleeve will be close on inner sleeve, and the inner sleeve will be close on shaft. Torque is transferred by friction force between outer sleeve and inner sleeve, and between inner sleeve and shaft.
